Thank you Karen for your review, great that you enjoyed the facilities here, and feedback. i am sorry you did not have the experience of our unlimited breakfast, we do serve buffet style, but in order to keep the quality we do refresh at regular intervals which can sometimes involve a short wait.

Hi Sharon, we've had another hot few days over summer. After reading a lot of feedback about this we're going to try and help with fans in rooms for next summer so hopefully this will help a little.

Hi its sad to hear that your experience wasnt great. However, booking of a dorm room means that you are open to sharing with others. It is out of our control who this is. Can we remind if this is a problem that we hae private rooms available to book too! :)

Hi Aidan. Thanks for your great review. I cannot argue with any of your comments above. While we are in an unprecedented heatwave, we do need to do more to make the hostel is more comfortable for guests in the summer, and this is something we will look at in the near future. We hope you come and see us again when the weather is a little cooler.
