Con: Insecure data (personal sensitive data of me and other guests were stolen by the hackers who infiltrated into their network. I had to alert them because they were not even aware of the cyber theft and crimes was being committed by the hackers. I almost lost a lot of my money when the hackers tried to trick me posing as the property management.) // Extremely unstable or sometimes non-existent WIFI especially inside the room. One of the staff shouted at me and rudely blamed that I have a faulty phone when my phone is the latest iPhone model despite producing evidences. I’ve never experienced such difficulty in surfing the net. She said they use Starlink, so it shouldn’t be their problem. I had to sit outside to use their WIFI because she said they don’t have WIFI signal extender. The courtyard, the check-in area and the dining room have no WIFI issue. I’ve stayed at this property every single year for the past 7 years. Yet, I have faced the same issue every single stay. Very disappointing with the attitude of one staff and the WIFI situation."
