"Staff was friendly. Restaurant and bar have been closed for two years. Pictures online do not represent what the property looks like. It appears maintenance has been neglected on the property. "
"The pool, beach and restaurant with bar was nice. Service in the restaurant was slow but food was good and waiter Rafi was very pleasant! I would stay again. Beds could be more comfortable."
"Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars hotel status that is a long way to go. Simon"

"Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious."
