"Stay away from this place. By no means the photos depicted on the booking websites are from this place. Also, DON'T PAY in advance. When I arrived at the property, they told me that the are no longer on the booking websites and that I had to pay again and file a claim with Expedia. Trashy property. "

"Stayed 3 nights... Pros: New hotel (Oct 2019), clean, quiet location. Good breakfast. Nice view of the area from room. Pool and bar area on roof was nice. Con: Bit of a walk to anything. Restaurant slow to replace food at breakfast, and not enough tables for everyone during the breakfast rush. Because it is new, some taxis and tuk-tuks (thone-bane) did not know the location. Roof bar not always staffed with a bartender."

"Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. They are polite and courteous. There really is nothing around the area. You'll have to cab or use grab app to get anywhere. I found it really difficult to find restaurants, there were a few listed as open by google maps, but they already...

"I felt the staff were very helpful friendly. Always ready to help. "

"Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service."
