"Walking into this beautiful establishment, we are greeted with warm and welcoming smiles also scented towels to cool us down. From there on, everyone is helpful and so supportive throughout the stay. Make sure to book reservations for the restaurants before you arrive because the food is EXCELLENT! From breakfast to dinner, the food is well seasoned and delectable. All the employees from the managers, severs, housekeeping, bartenders, activities, everyone we encountered throughout our stay made it worthwhile! Make sure to bring shoes that have grips due to the condensation on the floors. Plan the excursions ahead of time. Also make sure to have cash in small amounts. Some places don't have USD as cash back. Barbados was magical and can't wait to come back again, especially to the Wyndham Grand Sam Lords Castle hotel."

"Let's be honest. If you want to just walk out to the beach directly to bath, you are at the wrong Hotel. If you want to walk 1-2 minutes to the beach from off the road then you are staying at the correct Hotel. You are in the middle of night activity which does not disturb you. St. Lawrence Gap is a one way so it is pedestrian friendly."

"Hilton Barbados was a clean and standard hotel. It does need some upgrades however it was clean and had amenities such as gym, pool, bar and restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful."

"We just returned from a week at Turtle Beach. It is a beautiful resort but if you’re a beach person, it’s not for you. While it’s listed as on the Caribbean, it’s actually more on the Atlantic side and the beach water is always rough. We did not have one day when we could go out in the water. We went to the sister resort one day which had the beautiful Caribbean beach and water. However, taxi fare was $80 roundtrip to get there. The only other negatives are they don’t restock your fridge in your room except with water, room service incurs a $15 delivery fee every time you use it and entertainment is lacking. The good news is it is a beautiful resort, pools are beautiful, rooms are beautiful, great a/c, food is average for all inclusive but the best part is the staff, especially Winston. All of the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They even went and got us distilled water for our breathing machines. If you don’t care about the beach, this is a great resort."
