I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your recent stay at the hotel. Our policy as far as cleaning the room for extended stay is every other day. If you would like service more frequently, that can be arranged at the front desk. I am sorry you were not aware of that policy. I further apologize that the pool was closed. There is never a good time to close the pool, but these were required repairs and we attempted to choose the best available dates. We also posted on our website when the pool would be closed so that our guests knew in advance.
