"If I could make my rating 4.75, I would.
Everyone tried their best, but some front desk staff did not seem to fully understand English very well. All in-room coffee was light roast. When I asked for some darker roast pods, a man came to my room later and handed me more light roast.
The location is spectacular and the rooms are very nice! Everything is clean and well maintained."

"The room was clean and comfortable, though small with limited storage space. My only "complaint" is that steam from the shower set off my fire alarm - which continued to blare for nearly an hour and a half, so I had to be super cautious about not letting any steam get near it again (opening the window, cranking up the fan on the thermostat to keep the air moving...)"

"I love the bed at this hotel. The staff were nice and the room was clean.
The issue is the room did not have a fridge of any sort. Also the city has the parking blocked off and I was not told about this until I got there and wanted to use the valet."
