"Clean room , comfortable bed, the bar was not open on this tuesday and as mention the restaurant for super either. We did not see the restaurant open for 6 am like advertise, the was kinda of a continental breakfast with empty cereal box and full all bran box, coffee , cakes and muffin. "

Le service de nuit a été absent… Il a eu des bagarres dans les corridors, du monde qui criaient et j’en passe… Je n’ai pu dormir de la nuit et j’ai quitté vers 5h am car cela n’avait pas arrêté. Très déçu de ce séjours car j’avais déjà dormi la et j’avais été très satisfait."

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
