It's an excellent location and it's a very good hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is cozy place right there surrounded by restaurants and retail right there at Manila Bay and MOA. And it's also not too far away from the airport. We've been staying there whenever we're in Manila ...

Mall of SHELL Residences Staycation
The unit had serious issues, including cockroaches and a non-functioning refrigerator. While the property manager made an effort to address our concerns by contacting the owner, the problems were not resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend renting this unit to others.
