"The hotel was excellent, the room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the view was magnificent. But the staff made it - reception were excellent, one of the maids (Beverly) & the gentleman who was cleaning the leaves with the blower (sorry didn’t get his name) were great & had lovely conversations. "Very cute hotel, right next to downtown area so we were able to walk to town each day. Parking lot available right there as well. Only 7 mins from Acadia! So convenient. Nice spacious room as well! We had a private door with a little balcony as well. "

"Charming little hotel. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Beds were adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast options of pastries, muffins, various granola and snack bars, juice, coffee, or tea. Coffee was good. My only caution is if you have any accessibility issues tell them before you get there. To access the rooms in the upper section of the hotel you must negotiate a steep hill and stairs. "

"Elsa's is still our favorite place to stay in the Prospect/Winter Harbor area. It's a cozy, comfortable and quiet Inn, with thoughtful and friendly hosts. The breakfast is reliably delicious. And its just a short drive from artists and their galleries and the Schoodic Penninsula area, which is both beautiful and awesome."
