"The Tradewinds Hotel provided what we needed during our stay in American Samoa and served its purpose as a practical accommodation option. The staff was generally helpful and responsive when assistance was needed, although service tended to feel more perfunctory than especially warm or personalized. ..."

"The building is very historic room was nice and big, but other than this, there’s not much to recommend about this place. The front desk doesn’t open until noon (or sometimes later, no advanced warning on that), and if you need anything during the non-open Times, they give you a phone number to call. ..."

"We went to American Samoa to visit the National Park and this hotel is right near the visitor center. It has a great beach on property, and we swam in it every day. There is also a great restaurant alongside the property that serves meals all day that are tasty, great portions and reasonably priced. ..."
