The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite clean. I prefer staying in the rooms with a view overlooking the city or the bay but even the rooms looking over the inner courtyard are comfortable. AC didn’t work for my 3 night stay. Staff was friendly and nice but the property needs some updating. Price for the stay was reasonable.

Stay was excellent, room was great, we didn’t realize there’s no elevator so our room on the 6th floor was a work out (especially when we checked in at 11:30PM) but overall the stay was excellent and we would absolutely stay again!

The room was clean. The check in process was poorly explained. You can’t check in till 4pm, but we thought it was 2pm. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom. And the elevator broke down during our stay. The location was good and close to the Market and Piers.
