"This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. "No closet to hang clothes. Need instructions on how to use the tv. Had 2 remotes and no explanation as to what to do with them. Manage to turn it on but difficulty in finding a channel. Eventually just turned it off. Rooms had wooden floors so can hear the occupant next door move the desk chair. Load scraping noise across the floor each time they moved. "The property is a bit tired. The landscaping and parking lot need attention. The room was clean. The toilet sat about 6” out away from the wall behind it. There is a lack of attention to details. The room pricing seems high. The breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit."

The vibe of the entire building was so cool and the layout and décor is stunning. Only disappointed that the pool was being serviced and closed the day we arrived- but the spa & pool were both open next day.
