Fast ride from the airport in Rochester. The staff is outstanding. Lord Essex restaurant has great food. The interior of the hotel is however dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Closest place to Mayo Clinics, just walk downstairs or take elevator to LL.

First I will talk about the staff. The staff were very polite and kind. At check-in Aaron was helping us and was beyond polite. The pool was great and wpuld highly recommend poolside. There were some minor things but in reality when you have great service it truly makes up for it and makes complaints ...
