"Breakfast waspaetof the stay, and it should start 6:00. We had to leave early and at 6:15, restaurant door was locked and no one was there even we tried to knock for 5 min. Staff at reception asked me to call restaurant, unbelivable! Very unprofessional!"

"I am not sure the staff are helpful, I asked the receptionist about taxi to airport next day, and how much will cost me roughly she said 60 euro that is 120 marks, I challenged her because on arrival to Sarajevo it costed me 50 marks only, so I arranged my own taxi next day costed me 40 marks only ..."
