"Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17...

"No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered."

"My wife said, “It’s both the best and worst of a rental.” That’s accurate. The good: The layout, cleanliness, size, location and price were great. The bad: During checkout there was no parking as advertised and we had to use the overflow down the road. The code to the door didn’t work, but that was resolved relatively quickly. The TVs didn’t really work for different reasons. I was able to eventually fix one myself but we had to watch the World Cup in Spanish, which we don’t speak. The hot tub...

"This is our 4th time staying at Roxanne Towers and we have loved it every time. This was our second time staying in this 2 bedroom condo and it has been perfect for us to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. My little one especially loves the lazy river! We will definitely book again!"

"If you are looking for a place to lay down and sleep it was fine. There was no towels in this condo for 8. Hard to keep the floors swept with a half broom and no dust pan. We couldn't put the bedding in the laundry bag because there wasnt one. There was some sheets for the spare bed but no pillow cases. Room very out dated. Pool and lazy river was dirty. Could have been because of the fire works. Would not stay here again. I will find some where else for next time"

"Better than I expected. I booked this SUPER cheap and that alone made me nervous. The host/property was awful at communicating via email. I was anxious when I arrived because of reviews I read about it being super dirty and broken. I was impressed with the size of the full sized kitchen. I thought it was going to be mini appliances. If you think about the price you pay for the quality of room…..it was tight quarters but perfect for me and my two boys, the pulls out sofa didn’t have extra sheets...

"The outdoor pool was not deep enough for Adults and the water was way too warm. The Lazy River did not have enough current to float around."

"Room furnished like a studio apt with Laundry, dishes, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Was very clean. Walking distance to boardwalk, beach and mini golf. Brewery had tasty beers with a lot of options but only stayed open to 8pm. Did not need to contact management for anything so not sure how easy that would have been. If we had stayed 1 more day would have needed more toilet paper as they only provided 1 backup roll but I'm sure if we needed more we could've contacted them or asked someone at...
