Good if you only wanted to sleep!

We just needed one night to stay as we were in the middle of a long road trip. Bed's were very comfortable which is all we were looking for. However, remote for the TV wasn't working and the Tank on the Toilet took a long time to fill so you had to wait and be careful before use. Wifi only allowed one user too?

You get what you pay for. I guess.

Check in was rude and uninformed. Sheets and towels need to be bleached or replaced. It was quiet and relatively convenient. Good AC and tv and shower was nice.

Got the deposit required surprise upon arrival. 4 business days later no refund. Called the hotel and was told it was submitted and to call the bank. This oh well way of dealing with this issue needs to change. I was put in a room with an adjoining door...as a female alone this was not comfortable and did not lead to me resting well. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

Waited outside for minutes trying to check in, only hotel I could get, door was locked and owners were asleep and came out in their pajamas. Didn’t speak English. I asked if I could stay a couple hours past check out until my cab could arrive to take me to my work(I’m a conductor) and I had to pay an extra 80$ for two hours, given they had plenty and plenty and plenty of rooms. That morning I was going to get the “advertised breakfast” only to be greeted with a locked door, no breakfast but a vending machine and the staff asking “can I help you” while keeping the entrance halfway shut

The front desk staff pounded on my door 10 times at 10:55 and yelled it was time to check out. The shower head stopped putting out water after 2 mins and then spewed black gunk on me. I had to lay down on the tub to finish my shower. When i told the front desk man, he yelled"What did you do?" Twice. When i went to check out at 11, he was nowhere to be found and i waited 10 mins to check out. Then i had to ask for a receipt after he checked me out and turned to go into the back. I will say that the bed was comfortble

When we arrived at 3:00 to check in the office door was locked with a sign that said to ring bell. When I rang the bell the guy was sitting at the motel desk came and opened the door. He then stood there without inviting me in giving me the impression like who am I and what do I want. A little unsettling that you have to have the door locked when you are sitting there. Continuing with the check in I was charged $50 deposit which was returned. It isn't unusual to have a hold in the event of damage but it was an actual charge. Since we are Canadian the amounts were different due to currency conversion. As for the room it was clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave worked fine. Internet access was ok as well. Checking out in the morning the office door was unlocked.

Horrible experience! I asked to be on the first floor due to disability/handicap. The person who checked me in could not speak English and completely ignored my request. I requested a NON-SMOKING room and the room had been smoked in making it hard to breathe. I suffer with CHF and the fact that room had a strong odor made it difficult to breathe. The TV didn't work. Overall HORRIBLE experience! Will never stay there again!!

Bedbugs!!!! The office clerk, Patel, dismissed it after I showed him the bedbug I caught in my water bottle. Patel said nobody else complained about it and he denied it was a bedbug even after seeing it in the bottle. The bedbug was large and red which is how they look after a blood meal. I am an RN who attended an on service in bed bugs when I worked at the county health department for 12 years. Patel completely dismissed me and this horrible experience of waking up to bedbugs crawling all over me and the bedding, I have traveled extensively and I have never personally experienced bedbugs at a hotel before…ever.
