"I had booked the apartment for 4 nights. When I arrived we were met by Steve who told us that I had been upgraded to a larger apartment. The apartment was clean if a bit dated.
The kitchen had all the basic pots and pans and cutlery but it would have been nice to also have salt and pepper dispensers. The kitchen/diner/living room was large enough for 2 people and I was pleased that both the bathroom and bedroom were of a good size.
The wi-fi was adequate but could have been faster if using 2+ devices. The TV was located in the kitchen part of the apartment which would make it difficult for 2 people to watch from the comfort of the sofa.
The apartment is located in beautiful grounds with the fishing pond as the focal point.
The apartment is located perfectly for easy access to sightseeing locations such as Lincoln, Gunby Hall, Walled Garden of Baumber, Whisby Nature Park and seasides such as Skegness."
