"The cleaners - My gosh, were excellent I mean the ones that cleaned my room. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The reception was very helpful too, loved the complementary welcome drinks … it really helped. However the only thing that bothered me was the testing of the fire alarm without warning . This woke me up and had me running down the stairs just to realize it was just a test. I am not sure maybe it’s common knowledge for everyone from there but for me , there should have been a warning or a "this is just a test" announcement"
