"Small room with double bed. Stiflingly hot and no air con. Small TV screen . Stairs everywhere as old property but there was a lift. See accessibility video. Parking opposite hotel on sea front first come first gets the space. Very few spaces at rear . Would have expected better overall for the money."

"We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Copper Beech. Our large room was very tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. Sam & Ben were great hosts and the breakfast was delicious, especially Sam's overnight oats which were amazing, a different flavour every morning. A great location for visiting Southwold & Aldeburgh and the beautiful Suffolk area. We would definitely return to this lovely B & B."
