"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless.
They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful.
However…..
Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered.
It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Bon séjour en général mais il fallait prendre certains mal en patience (service de chambre lent, pas assez de transat autour des piscines, animation un peu orienté vers les groupes plus jeunes). Le buffet est excellent quoi qu’un peu redondant pour un 7 jours 7 nuits et les deux restaurants à la carte très loin de l’hôtel et menu très loin d’être typique."
