recently stayed at the Jaz Almaza Bay Hotel for $650 a night, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations.
Upon arrival, the room was missing several essentials you’d expect at this level — no bathrobes, no fruit bowl, and not even complimentary bottled water. When I raised the issue of poor internet, reception simply told me to “come down to the lobby.” I ended up asking the cleaning staff for basic amenities like water.
For a hotel charging premium rates, the service was notably underwhelming and lacked attention to detail. A disappointing stay overall.
