Fenwick Inn
Location was good. The bad side was, I asked was the pool heated and I was told yes. The only thing that was heated was the hot tub. Otherwise the staff was pretty good.

Surf Club Oceanfront Hotel
We stayed in the off season. One night while driving through the area. The property was in the process of upgrades which was a small hassle. The room was clean and large.
