"Staff was very friendly and helpful with our late arrival. The room was very clean and had plenty of bathroom amenities. The breakfast had plenty of choices and loved that they had turkey sausage an option. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as Costco. Overall our stay was very pleasant. "

"Hotel and room was very clean, however some attention is needed with tightening the handrails on the stairs and the toilet tank wasn’t tightened (but didn’t leak). It’s a very beautiful hotel. Thought it so strange the only contact we had with staff was calling when we first got there to get access inside the building. Beds and bedding very comfortable! Coffee creamers needed changing out, our hazelnut creamer pod was lumpy. Lol But with all that, we’re likely to stay again as it was very affordable for the area. "

"Very comfortable hotel. They take pride in their center garden walkway. It was very nice. Great staff, clean hotel. Found a few shortcuts their contractors took when finishing the rooms, but it was minimal stuff. Overall, a nice place that I will use again when we come to town. A+"

"Check-in was awful. I booked a room and arrived a bit later. I arrived to a completely shut down lobby and a phone for “24/7 service” that was broken. I used my cellphone to call the property and the individual that answered informed me that the check-in desk was closed and they had no reservations for tonight. I informed him I did have a reservation and he told me it would be 20 minutes before he could get there. Meanwhile another person that had a reservation arrived, so it wasn’t only me needing to check-in, there was two of us. Several doors are broken in the facility, so while I was checking in, guests were banging on both sides of the building attempting to get in for 5+ minutes. When I finally arrived at my room, there were long black hairs all over the bathroom and the bed had the sparsest bedding I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I suppose this is what you get for staying at a more economical hotel, but this was far, far below what I expected. There are several hotels in the area around the same cost, I would highly recommend checking those ones out before ever staying here. Absolutely awful experience and the room hadn’t been non-refundable I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere."
