Staff was very helpful We had an issue with getting a Lyft ride but they have a city cab helped us and it was perfect restaurant with food was great The room was clean We had no issues the views were a beautiful I can't ask for a better we will go back

After checking in and my card was run, staff disclosed that they have had HVAC issues for 3 months which prevents individual control in each room. We paid for a premium river view balcony room. We were told it is at a constant 74 degrees. But if we wanted a "cooler" room, we could move to a downstairs ...
