"First room smelt like a cigarette. Second room, the AC was so loud (making weird noises). They did offer a third room or Maintenance to come check on it but it was too late. So while the staff was nice, due to room conditions, I will not be staying there again. "

"Plane was delayed. Got in later than planned. Tried to get a drink- sorry bar just closed. Got a bottle of water- it was warm. Needed distilled water for cpap machine- sorry we don’t have that. You will have to go somewhere to get that. Took their shuttle to hotel. Not allowed liquid on plane. I was not paying an uber to drive me around to who knows where at that time of night to see if something open and they carry distilled water! Also, could not pull heavy curtains together over thin white...

"Femme de chambre extraordinaire pour la room 205 suite non fumeur. Je crois qu'elle s'appelle Luz, J. Merciiiii. Tout était formidable(déjeuner, stationnement, lit confortable, nos cadeaux (eau). C'était notre première expérience avec l'hôtel. C'est une catégorie supérieure à l'hôtel que nous prenons habituellement (hampton inn). Je suggère cependant d'allonger l'heure du déjeuner jusqu'à 10h la semaine."

"It was meh. Check in was fast and easy. The hallways are kind of industrially lit (as was the bathroom) - it felt like walking through the basement of a department store. My room smelled funny. Like they were trying to cover something up with industrial air freshener. The shower fixtures were rusty. The ac was struggling. And it wasn’t quiet. You can clearly hear the cars going by on Alafaya. I didn’t hate it but I wouldnt go back on purpose either."

"Everything about the stay was great. We didnt get to enjoy the pool or other amenities but the room and the food area was great."

"No refrigerator, no microwave and first floor location was fine except lawn blowers next to walkway next to window at 7:30 am . Poor amenities only one was coffee pot. "
