"Really clean rooms. Concierge staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Cleaning staff was too quiet, ignored our greetings, maybe pay them a bit more? Overall experience was great! Parking lot was clean and easy to access, in-out privileges 24/7."

We requested a different room, but it had a musty, smoky odor and also had ants, so we ended up staying in the original room since it at least didn’t ..."
