"La habitación que pague fue suite familiar y me dieron una standar, por lo que tuve que ir a reclamar para que me cambiarán a la que pague. Y me decían que Shana no trabajaba con hoteles.com Muy terco el Gerente de hospedaje. Y un momento muy desagradable, pero me cambiaron y ya todo ok"

"Please do not pass up getting to stay here. Words can describe how they make you feal. Please ask to be paired with concierge Gary. He will make sure you experience the country.
