"The property uses photos to attract customers, but when you get there, the room offered is completely different. I booked classic double room with river view. But.. i have attached the photo. The bedsheet had dirt on them, room had coweb and spider top of the bed."

"Stayed on site for a wedding. The wedding suites were good and well maintained. The actual accommodation was not great. Very basic rooms and lack of air con was a serious deficiency. When we are experiencing hot weather (as now), the one electric fan provided in a family room is not really sufficient. ..."
