"i had paid for a superior room with a king bed, we were given a standard double and told that this was an upgrade because it had air conditioning. The room was tired and dusty. The breakfast next morning was good apart from the fact that the queue for the hot counter went out through the door. The hotel was extremely busy and as soon as we were given the key we pretty much had to leave straight away to go somewhere. When we got back it was too late to do anything about the room. "Lovely hotel and grounds for our overnight stay. Good sized room which had the welcome addition of air con. Breakfast selection was outstanding and staff were very pleasant and welcoming."

"The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed. Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"
