"The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 26 (but far enough from the highway that you never hear the traffic). It’s ten minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 25-35 minutes to downtown Asheville, and close to the myriad summer camps in the area. I have stayed here a few times when picking up nor dropping off my son for Camp Pinnacle. I like it for its cleanliness, ease of getting to and from, the quality staff, and the reasonable prices."

"Room was disgusting, open the closet door and it’s an old water bottle filled with pee from who knows how long ago. Sheets smelled dirty, bathroom was clean despite the walls near the bathtub falling apart. Staff was zero help and they will profile you. After telling them about the bottle of pee you would think it would be immediately removed and offer us to switch rooms. None of that happened it stayed in the room until we checked out.
