"The description of the room is deceiving. I booked a balcony but there aren't any chairs to sit. The air conditioning in the room was either too hot or too cold Housekeeping didn't replace much and we had to ask at the front desk and I felt the desk worker was rude"

"So when I checked in, I was given a room card and I was asked if I wanted valet or self parking in the parking garage. I chose self parking in the parking garage. I was told it was gonna be $36 for those night. I was also told that my room key would get me in the parking garage. That did not work. ..."

"Breakfast was really good. They offer a wide variety of stuff daily. Pool was ok. Beach access was nice. Construction was going on while we were there which slowed down the elevators. That was frustrating. Parking was close but also a daily charge. Close to restaurants."
