Staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. The pool/jacuzzi not in working condition as shown. Restaurant was closed and the terrace was closed as well. They could not locate the reservation done through Expedia either

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The location is beautiful. Breathtaking views. I prefer a more laid back and quiet vibe. Kula Maya and the town of San Marcos provided that.
