"Where to start, the linen on the bed appeared to be used. No clean linen except for one sheet was given to correct it saying, "best I can do.". Ice machine was out of order. Inside the microwave was filthy with food splatter, corrosion around inside the door, worked once and then completely died. The female working that night did come to the room and cleaned the microwave. The carpet was dirty in areas, one next to TV, microwave and refrigerator curio cabinet with what appeared to be an old candy bar broken up next to the wall. Internet did not work in our room. On the phone with tech support for a couple of hours, the only way it worked was when I went out in the hallway above the front lobby area. I then returned to my room where it worked for 13 seconds before the signal was lost. Front desk could not help with the log-in saying "I'm not allowed to know or supply that info." Bathtub bottom was worn or dirty with black spots all over the non-slip area. So, in a nutshell no way to reheat food for dinner, no ice for cold drinks, no internet, slept on top of the sheet and no shower. Also, couldn't get a receipt due to printer not working."
"Hotel was kept clean. Room was clean upon arrival. Staff explained where everything was including where the room was located, pool, dining area. Breakfast bar was one of the better ones ive seen in a while. Will recommend to others and will be staying here again in the future."
"This place was great, the only issue I had was the shower. Maybe cause I was on the 3rd floor, but it took a long time for the water to actually get warm enough to shower. The hotel was busy, maybe that had a factor in it as well. And it did eventually warm up. Just those first 5 mins or so were way colder than I would have liked. Aside from that awesome place, great stay, will definitely be back next time I'm in the area."
"Pretty good place to stay in Paducah. Clean, comfortable, no weird smells. Good location close to food options. Breakfast left a little to be desired but overall good"
"Decent budget no frills hotel. Property is a bit dated and rundown, but the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Perfect for a quick overnight stop. Convenient to restaurants and the Interstate."
"The breakfast was very good and the 5:30 meal was a treat. We were at the end of our vacation and were getting tired. It was nice to go down stairs have something to eat and drink and relax."
"Very spacious loft style rooms right in the downtown area. The rooms had high ceilings and were very modern with nice seating area and retro fridge. The bathroom had the largest shower we’d ever seen, walk in style that could fit a family of four! Had a nice sized soaker tub and marble flooring! We weee staying in the Annex area across from main hotel and had a parking space in alley right outside the entrance— very convenient! The hotel doors are all electronic code for security and there was a common area in the hall with ice and microwave, etc. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, walking me over to the room and showing me how to access the doors using codes. Only issue we had was the hot water in the bathroom sink wouid not start flowing until you had to first turn it on in the bathtub….seemed like a weird plumbing issue? Otherwise, this was a very nice hotel with lots of room for our dog too."
