"Checking in was bad, they didn't have our reservation. We were given an "upgraded" room which was a horrible. It was on the 3rd floor, and they later told me (at check out) that the 3rd floor hadn't been renovated yet. The room we got was dirty (we found 2 used balloons on the floor), I am not sure it had been cleaned at all. We found 2 kids toys left behind from the last guest.
