Staff were great, space and beds were fantastic! Its not a low cost stay however totally worth it for the experience and to see the animals. We had sandwiches which were great as well as the night time camp fire and s'more's.

Don't trust the hotels reservation system
They had my reservation wrong and they were full up so I had no place to stay after a long drive.
