The best thing this hotel had was the manager on duty named Mary. Everything else was a nightmare. Bed bugs, power went out for hours, bad area, cold coffee, no clean towels in the morning, I mean the list goes on. The manager helped as much as she could. Nice new hotel. Main issue is if all rooms are pet friendly it causes major issues for people with allergies. Major dog smell in my room. They need to be clear in assigning non-pet rooms to people with allergies and ask before assigning rooms.
