The Victoria Hotel Melbourne
Pleasant place to stay. The bed was great. Shower was hot. Convenient location. House keeping neglected to refill tea bags, milk & toilet tissue which was annoying. Air conditioning was great to have but noisy. In saying this, we would still be ok with staying there again.

Grand Hyatt Melbourne
The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable.
