There was a fire drill during breakfast our first morning. We had to leave our food on table and be outside for 15 minutes. Food at buffet have flies when we returned. Second night stay was disrupted by a SECOND fire drill at 5:09am. had to exit building -going down 7 flights of stairs to wait outside ...

Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne
Great proximity to Melbourne CBD. Big room, comby Queen Bed, lovely linen. Housekeeping very obliging and helpful. Front desk very attentative. If you have allergies, turn air con off in your room, and open the balcony door. Which I did for 7 of the 9 days I stayed.
