"The room was clean and the staff were great. The only issue was the bathroom, which had a smell so terrible that we could barely use it. It was difficult to take a shower with the sewer smell coming from the pipes. It did help eventually when we ran some water, but it was the stinkiest room I've ever stayed in. The rest was great. "The hotel was in a perfect location & very well maintained. The room was very comfortable, quiet, great bed. The hotel arranged for out water taxi from the airport & to the train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Nice variety, very well prepared, breakfast area was quite attractive. The desk personnel were fantastic! Very friendly, incredibly helpful, & really focused on ensuring that your stay was perfect. We will miss the hotel as much as Venice itself!"
