"Person checking us in needs to refrain from chatting with customers when others are waiting. We were in an "accessible" room but I'm not sure to whom the bathtub would be accessible. Towels were in a rack shoulder high and away from the shower; shampoo and soap were attached to wall also shoulder ..."
