"The staff seemed bothered by guests. The facility is dated and areas were visibly neglected and dirty. No hotel info in the room. The worst part- the hotel had no water from 11p-8a due to construction. No warning to guests and no credit or refund. No way to flush toilets, wash hands, or shower, and still charged full price. Breakfast wasn’t an option as they had to close. Terrible experience. Horrible service. "

"Room was small but clean. I would have given higher rating but the people in the room next to us kept us awake till midnight and we had to get up at four am for a flight. I closed the door softly when leaving but part of me wanted to close it making noise!"

"The elevator was down for our entire stay. This was extremely inconvenient for my spouse, who is disabled especially since our room was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was poor with very little to choose from.It was cold and bacon was limp and looked nothing like bacon. The bed was very uncomfortable and I felt every moment from my spouse. There also was an old plastic phone protector that was left under the top bed sheet. Only positive, was that the staff were very friendly."
