Staff was friendly However there was not 24 hr front desk we called and woke up a staff to let us in The room was not ready for us stain on bed sheet No toilet paper No towels Water did not work properly in shower Toilet did not flush properly, pipe in bathrokm was leaking. No wifi provided

The property was gorgeous, however there are a few negatives: 1. We set up an airport transfer with the front desk in person for a return stay after our safari's.. no one showed up and we were stuck at Arusha Airport until we realized no one was coming. 2.
