Ideal budget stay

An average stay really. I stayed in a suite room which was very spacious and clean. It was cleaned/serviced everyday to a good standard. Food at the hotel was quite basic and poor and the pool area isn’t the best, but in terms of value for money I think it’s adequate and fair for the price paid. The area around the hotel is good, within very short walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. An ideal budget stay. The staff were very helpful with booking taxis etc.

BAthroom small , rust silicon patches and toilet paper in bin beside the toilet, cockroches running around at night , pool dirty , would not swim in , layer of grease and dirt and bugs, and lose rock on the bottom, can eat , drink or some on empty pool patio , wasps all around as floor was dirty , no fidge or coffe in room or cups ....

It was supposed I reserved a doble deluxe room and It wasnt , you see in the picture tottaly different from what you get ; very desappointed room looks like normal suit one of the sheets was dirty and was not hot water in the shower not towells as well i dont think i comeback in this hotel

No hot water

Good location in the middle of Paseo Montejo. We stayed for six days, we had to ask the front desk for hot water every day and even when they supposedly turn it on it came out warm to cold. We paid for three people and they only left two towels, we had to keep on asking for an extra towel.

We stayed in the master suite. For the price we are paying we expected the shower to work (it sprayed water up at the ceiling and made a huge mess), we expected a working toilet (it leaked water all over the floor creating a tripping hazard), we expected our jacuzzi to be clean (it was full of dirt and grime). We had to change rooms at 2 am to another room with a leaking jacuzzi. We won’t be back.

Se ve muy bonita en la foto pero ya al verla no es así, el clima de cuarto tardó mucho para enfríar la habitación, el estacionamiento no está dentro de la propiedad si no que es un terreno fuera de la propiedad, solo tiene restaurante para desayuno y el desayuno qué te ofrecen tiene muy pocas opciones lo que pagas al reservar solo te cubre una parte del desayuno y si quieres todo el buffett tienes que dar una diferencia de 100 pesos mexicanos aproximadamente, no cuenta con rom service, el Internet es muy lento, al interior de la habitación no cuentas con amenidades para hacer un café solo teníamos la cafetera pero no pusieron el kit de café para prepararlo, solo teníamos dos tuallas de baño no teníamos tuallas de mano ni tapete ni tuallas faciales al día de nuestra llegada
