The hotel is lovely. Traditional and well equipped. The only reason it’s not a 5* review is a couple of areas that fell short. In the gym, not all of the equipment is working which means access is difficult at busy times. We only ate in the hotel for breakfast on the day we checked out and were greeted ...

The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable.
