"Wifi was weak and almost non-existent. Non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Hardwood floors were dirty. There were broken pieces of furniture just stacked outside my room's door, from what I assume were renovations happening in adjacent rooms. Whole place was in rough condition. It was fine for a cheap place to stay by myself for a night or two, would never bring my family here though."

"This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. "
