"The hotel was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I chose this property based on its reviews, and my experience did not fully match them. I arrived early for check-in and understand the room wasn’t ready, but staff knew I was already in town. When I returned a few minutes after 3 pm, the process felt completely transactional—no welcome, just my card taken and keys handed over. "Front desk person on check-in good and took good care of us. Snacks were a nice touch. Coffee was probably worst. Very weak."

"The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. "

Staff began walking the property at 845 as we walked out he asked if we were checking out already mind you check out isn’t until 11. As we left for a second time he came around again he was going room to room with master key checking if others had already left the property very unprofessional. "The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and kind. There were a few that weren't, but other then that it was fine."

"Breakfast was bad, they just had waffles a few oranges and gallon of milk. Staff was bad in the am, at 7am they started knocking on my door every hour till check out and I went to let them know I’m checking out at 11 but still kept knocking."
