"I recently stayed at the IHG Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Mesquite and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Before arriving, I called the hotel to confirm my check-in details and was told that the earliest I could check in would be 1:00 PM. "We arrived to a less than desirable room. The bathroom ceiling had a huge leak and water stain in the ceiling. Woke me up out of my sleep. Thin floorboards, or the lady above us was just extremely heavy foot because we heard every step for hours each morning. Carpets were stained in hallways but housekeeping was doing their best to keep things as clean as possible. Lamp shades were stained and so was the window. Also our door key almost never worked.
