"Excellent location, many things to do walking distance restaurants, shopping, movies, and snack places for kids. WiFi was good the TV aren’t smart but have good cable options for movies n channels. They provide body wash n shampoo/ conditioner Dove brand n shower. They have a nice selection of snacks n drinks n lobby. There is a 711 w everything u need walking distance. I always worry about parking since we have big truck lots space not problem at any point which is plus for me. They have charges for u electric ppl and there a charging station near as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent for the family many options much better then most hotels iv stayed n high end areas n La Jolla r SD. Fresh fruit cut, Fruit salad, chia w fresh strawberries, n the options for heavy breakfast Pancakes, eggs, chilaquiles, and pastries. The pool was great the staff was amazing. Would book them again. "Breakfast was exquisite! Service was better during breakfast than during dinner. Dinner buffet was not good. The dinner buffet food was old and the waitresses didn’t know much about wines. I loved the cocktails at the bar and the appetizers. I loved my room! Thank you for giving me a suite for such an Affordable price! Staff was helpful during check out and to secure public transportation. I’d love to stay at Araiza Hotel again soon! Gracias 🙏 Nos vemos pronto. You should provide recycling bins in the rooms if you’re serious about being ecologically responsible. I suggest you provide more water bottles in the rooms. "
"When we got our room, first thing that we saw it was water on the floor, checked the bathroom and trash can was full, sink was water all over, they gave us a dirty room ☹️
I Went downstairs to get another room. I don’t know if I will stay there again . They need to pay attention of what are the employees are doing"
"As they say it is what it is. It's just an old hotel. The staff will make up for it because they are very friendly and helpful. It's also located a very noisy area. There's not much they can do about it. Again, it is what it is."
