El lugar no respeto al principio mi reservacion

Me preocupó que en este caso, cuando hice mi reserva y fue al lugar, me comentaron que estaban llenos, el Sr me contesto de manera prepotente, por lo que llame al servicio de hoteles.com para preguntar esta situación y hablaron con el, ellos me tuvieron que dar una cama de una oficina que tenían, no era el lugar mas cómodo, el hecho de que hubiera disponibilidad para rentar y después me dijeran que no habían camas, es un motivo para no confiar en este lugar, ademas de que no me dieron un descuento que pusieron en la pagina.

Por las fotos imaginaba todo mejor... la verdad se siente como descuidado. La zona es cero linda y por las nohces se siente peligrosa y hay hostales mejores y mas baratos y en mejores lugares (lo descubri dias despues)

Good locale but be careful booking online

This place was fine. The location is great since it's not far from Archeology Museum & Castillo de Chapultepec. However, if you make a reservation on hotels.com, it doesn't guarantee you a room. I showed him reservation & he had to call someone to make sure I could get in as I showed him cost converted to pesos.
